We have a 10-day exchange/return policy on other items for store credit only. 

To be eligible for an exchange/return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange/return online you can contact us at hoolawaco@gmail.com with your order #, what item(s) you would like to return, and why.

Please do not send your package without prior communication via email. Items sent back to us without first communicating via email will not be accepted. 

Once your return has been approved please send within 7 days from approval to the following address:

Items sent outside the 7 days will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will send an email containing information as to how to use your store credit.
