It’s Plastic Free July, and we’re diving in headfirst — beach bags, reef-safe sunscreen, and all. Whether you're new to the movement or already a sustainability superstar, this month is all about making conscious swaps that feel good and do good.

We’re not here to guilt you or give you a checklist a mile long. We’re here to inspire. Because when we care for the earth, she cares for us — and there’s no better place to feel that connection than right here in Hawaiʻi.

What is Plastic Free July?

It’s a global movement that encourages people to reduce single-use plastics for the month of July (and hopefully beyond). The goal? Create habits that are kinder to the planet, our oceans, and future generations.

Easy Ways to Start:

• Refill + Reuse: Pick one plastic item you use often — maybe it's shampoo or dish soap — and switch to a refillable version. We’ve got some faves in store, like Kealia Organics shampoo bars and coconut oil lotion sticks that are easy to travel with and totally plastic-free.

• Shop smarter: Choose products with minimal or compostable packaging. We stock goodies that are good for the earth and cute enough to gift.
