If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at hoolawaco@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed, it typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International orders may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey.

We have a 10-day exchange/return policy on items not listed above IF they are in the same condition as when purchased - unworn, unused, original tags attached, in original packaging, WITH RECEIPT.
To start an exchange/return online you can contact us at aloha@hoolawamaui.com with your order #, what item(s) you would like to return, and why.
Please do not send your package without prior communication via email. Items sent back to us without first communicating via email will not be accepted.
Once your return has been approved via email communication please send within 7 days from approval to the following address:

Items sent outside the 7 days will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will send an email containing information as to how to use your store credit.
