Plastic cotton swabs can end up in our waterways and oceans, by swapping to bamboo cotton swabs, you are not only preventing plastic swab waste but also soft plastic packaging waste since ours come in a recyclable box.

Bamboo grows fast naturally and requires less water to produce, so even though, this is likely a single-use product, you won't feel guilty about it. Compostable.

We have a 10-day exchange/return policy on other items for store credit only. 

To be eligible for an exchange/return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your package without prior communication via email. Items sent back to us without first communicating via email will not be accepted.

Items sent outside the 7 days will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will send an email containing information as to how to use your store credit.
