Valley Isle Chocolate, a bean-to-bar chocolate company established in 2021 on the island of Maui. The founders of Valley Isle Chocolate are passionate about crafting premium chocolate that showcases the unique flavors of Hawaiian cacao and ingredients. They are currently sourcing new and exciting cacao origins and planting an orchard in Hana.
The Chocolate
Valley Isle takes pride in using only the finest ingredients to create chocolate. With it's foundation in the rich, aromatic cacao beans sourced from Hawaii and around the world. Each step in their process is meticulously handled to ensure the highest quality. The bean-to-bar process allows complete control over the production. They roast, refine, and temper the cacao and chocolate in small batches, ensuring that every bite of the chocolate is a true reflection of the dedication and love poured into their craft.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at hoolawaco@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed, it typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International orders may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey.

No Exchanges on Skincare, Swimwear, Activewear, Gift cards, & Sale items.
We have a 10-day exchange/return policy on items not listed above IF they are in the same condition as when purchased - unworn, unused, original tags attached, in original packaging, WITH RECEIPT.

Please do not send your package without prior communication via email. Items sent back to us without first communicating via email will not be accepted.
Once your return has been approved via email communication please send within 7 days from approval to the following address:

Items sent outside the 7 days will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will send an email containing information as to how to use your store credit.
